2. Return Eligibility (Strict Policy)

3. Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must submit:

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We strongly encourage customers to use tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost returns.
6. Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, at our discretion.
7. Exchanges & Alternatives (Preferred Option)

B) Store Credit
If the item is eligible, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
C) Discount / Partial Refund
For minor issues, we may offer a partial refund or discount instead of a return.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

9. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

11. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
